We ordered the bossam, perfectly cooked and the cabbage was yummy. We also got the rice cake and dumplings soup and liked it. Banchan was ok here, service was good, the waitress helped box our food too.

Loving this place and our new favorite is YukGaeJang #5 has clear noodles and beef which is absolutely, mouth watering delicious!! Our old favorite spot was Yuk Dae Jang in Irvine but honestly, we like this just as good!

This is a small mom and pop Korean restaurant. Ambiance is comfortable, the service is great, and the food is delicious. My girlfriend ordered the Ox Bone Soup. I ordered the Ox Knee Soup. Both were yummy. What I really like is they gave us like 10 banchan side dishes. The other Korean restaurants with Ox Knee soup generally only give 2-4 banchan side dishes, which is alright but this place gives you even more so it's noticeable. I highly recommend eating here.

1. The bibimbap and stew were comforting and filling! 2. The spot has casual-cozy vibes! 3. There are only indoor tables! 4. The staff were friendly and attentive! 5. Parking lot is small, but street parking is available as well! Note: There are separate restrooms for men and women! Photo: Oyster Bibimbap, Gochujang Stew, Side Dishes

Was craving spicy cold noodles and decided to check this place out. Arrived at 6:30pm on Wednesday and little busy we took the last available table. About 8-10 tables total. We ordered the spicy cold noodle, pork bulgolgi and ox bone soup (no bones beef slices). I love cold noodles so this was an easy 5/5. Pork bulgolgi is good but didn't expect it to be spicy 4/5. BF had the ox bone soup he said it was really good, especially for the price. I really enjoyed the 9 banchan dishes we were served, vary good variety and everything was fresh. Service was fast and attentive. Fairly priced meal in comparison to other Korean restaurants in GG area. Will definitely be back more often.

Such a cute little hidden restaurant that gave me and my husband vibes of when we visited Korea... We came in on a rainy day wanting some broth and it did not disappoint! Their galbi tang is very different from other places from how much egg is in it but it was still really yummy, the meat one their bones was probably the most I've ever gotten and I've had a lot of galbi tang, huge plus for me! If you're not a hot mustard kinda person ask for it without it for the meat. Portions are huge , we did have some fried rice that was left over , after we ate we came home and knocked out, that's how you know you are full and satisfied Service was speedy there was a good amount of tables/ people picking up to go in there when we were there.

A total hidden gem. Located in a small lot, this cozy little restaurants is simple and delicious. I came in at 10:30am on a Saturday and was greeted by a friendly auntie. I ordered and she quickly brought out a huge array of side dishes! Some familiar to me, some new. I really enjoyed the potato salad one because it also included sliced apples and broccoli. The tomato and one was also very good. My sujebi came shortly after and I was SHOOK at how huge the bowl was. This bowl of sujebi can easily feed 2-3 people. The bowl came out piping hot and delicious. The bowl was filled with a savory broth with squash, onions, anchovy, carrots and delightfully chewy hand torn noodles. Combined with the awesome selection of sides, I was so stuffed!!! The auntie came by and checked on me multiple times and refilled my potato salad when she saw how much I was enjoying it lol! By the time I was leaving, the place was getting pretty packed. My total including tax came out to be under $21. I will definitely be back.

Having a rough/ busy morning I was driving home when the idea of having naengmyeon popped into my head. Sadly my go to place (Chic Naengmyeon in BP) was too far and the closer place (Mo ran gak) was probably packed on a Friday afternoon. Had this place bookmarked on Yelp for a long time and (after peeping the menu online) decided to give it a go. The aesthetic is cozy and clean. Since it was 2:30 in the middle of the work day, it wasn't packed at all and we were seated right away. I already knew what I was craving so it was super easy to order from the very polite waitress. Silly me I literally forgot that banchan is basically customary at the majority of Korean places I've been. Yo. The variety and flavor of their banchan was top notch. I was so hungry and excited to try that my bf and I dug in before I thought to take a photo haha. They had a few banchan I actually had never tried before. Everything we sampled was delicious. For the main event the waitress brought out the naengmyeon after a super short wait and in that moment there must have been stars in my eyes. The portion of noodles was huge, accompanied by that perfect slushy ice (IYKYK), lots of cucumber, and a generous amount of meat. I tasted the broth, added 2-3 spins of vinegar, and it was, in my humble opinion, perfect. My whole day was made. Or maybe I just really like noodles ‍ I honestly love this area of Garden Grove because there is always a new place to try. I'm glad I finally visited this place! Will definitely come back when it's sullontang/ galbitang weather!
